Caring for coffee here is a year-round craft. Farmers carefully prune, fertilize, and manage shade crops to keep trees healthy and fields productive. After harvest, only the ripest cherries are picked, then fermented, washed, and slowly dried to perfection.
Local families play a key role in every step, from picking to processing, ensuring quality while supporting the community. The beans are finally rested and stabilized, ready to carry the unique story of the farm in every cup.
