The Aillio Bullet R2 Pro is a powerful, compact coffee roaster built for serious home enthusiasts, busy cafés, and small-scale roasting operations. With a 1.2 kg batch capacity and advanced control features, it delivers professional-level performance in a space-efficient design.

Precision roasting is made easy with automatic drum pre-heating, fully adjustable heat and fan controls, and real-time temperature feedback from the Infrared Bean Temperature Sensor (IBTS). The built-in barometric pressure sensor ensures accurate environmental compensation, helping you achieve consistent results regardless of altitude or weather conditions.

The Bullet R2 Pro features an integrated roasting light, a hybrid LED/OLED display for clear real-time monitoring, and a bean deflector for safer, cleaner bean discharge.

Every roast can be digitally recorded, saved, and shared using RoasTime software, with optional cloud syncing through Roast.World. This allows you to refine profiles, track performance, and collaborate with roasters around the world.

The roaster also includes FlowSense™ technology for improved airflow monitoring, Quick Clean design features for easy maintenance, and a Filter Clean Alert to keep your machine running at peak performance.
