Finca La Torre Pahuit, a serene coffee haven managed by the descendants of Guatemala’s esteemed coffee magnate, Ernesto Perez Lima, has been a beacon of exceptional coffee for over four generations.

Following Ernesto’s recent passing, his son Neto now oversees the farm. We dearly miss Ernesto, having built a warm friendship in a short span. Neto admirably upholds his father’s legacy, nurturing the coffee with profound care, ensuring its quality and environmental sustainability.

Nestled within the Acatenango region, La Torre embodies a natural sanctuary, enveloped by forests that allure a diverse range of birds and wildlife. The coffee thrives in the shade of Silky Oak and Chalum trees. It undergoes meticulous picking and processing on-site, drying on patios and raised beds. Neto’s innovation in natural processing techniques and shade drying elevates the coffee’s quality to new heights.
