“Fazenda Cerrado Grande holds an unparalleled significance for me – it’s the finest place in the world. My deep gratitude extends to the incredible individuals who supported me throughout my coffee journey. The present success is a testament to the collective efforts and professionalism of the entire team.”

~Raquel Ribeiro Aguiar.

Born among coffee trees, Raquel’s  childhood experiences on the farm forged an eternal connection to coffee, fostering a passion that has grown over the years.

Returning to Oliveira, Raquel joined the family farm, where her father’s inspiration and unwavering support became guiding forces.

When Mr. Ronaldo divided his real estate among his children, Raquel inherited the responsibility of continuing the legacy at Fazenda Cerrado Grande in the Campo das Vertentes region.

Initially overwhelmed, as a young woman without much experience in a male-dominated field, Raquel found crucial support from her farm colleagues. Their assistance allowed her to gain confidence, gradually introduce her management style, improve operational processes, and shift the focus to specialty coffees. Today, Raquel dreams of instilling the same love for coffee in her children, aspiring to pass on the farm to the next generation in the future.
