"When you find your passion and great people, you have a wonderful opportunity to connect and achieve a goal together.
Adventuring through coffee farms in Bolivia, Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil enabled us to connect and create new relationships with amazing coffee producers and coffee farms. We connect, source and bring unique coffees to our customers.
Our relationship with Brazil began in 2020, when we first partnered with the incredible folks at San Coffee. Since then, it’s been a journey of discovery, connection, and, of course, seriously good coffee.
Now, we know Brazil gets a bit of a reputation—big farms, mainstream flavor profiles—but the truth? We’ve fallen hard for the Brazilian cup. There’s something timeless about it. That classic balance, the chocolatey sweetness, the mellow finish—it just works. Whether you’re new to specialty coffee or deep in your coffee wave obsession, there’s something in a Brazilian cup for you.
But here’s what’s really exciting: in the past few years, Brazil has been stepping beyond its well-known profile. Think experimental lots, wild fermentations, and small-batch magic. The results? Unexpected, delightful, and totally top-tier. From bright citrus and florals to jammy fruit bombs and structured naturals, Brazil is flexing its diversity like never before.
At the heart of it all are farms rooted in tradition but unafraid to try something new. These producers blend generations of knowledge with forward-thinking practices. And it shows— both in the cup and in the care they take with the land and their communities.
We source our green coffee from incredible farms in Brazil— places where sustainability is a priority, and where coffee is grown with intention. These beans aren’t just about flavor;
they tell a story of ethical farming, innovation, and a deep, enduring passion for the craft.
Whether you’re looking for a dependable espresso base or a standout filter experience, Brazilian green coffee has something for you. We’re proud to offer coffees that are not only delicious but grounded in values we believe in.
This is more than just sourcing. It’s a relationship built on trust, transparency, and a shared love for coffee—from the heart of Brazil to your roastery.
88 Graines idea is grounded on establishing a collaborative coffee sourcing model between coffee producers and roasters.
